Undervolting can reduce temp in theory, but on our laptops we have very powerful modern H series CPU capable of very high turbo clocks, and the CPUs are usually power limit throttling rather than clock limited like those old CPUs from the early 2000s lol I don't understand why so many people pretend they can reduce temp by just undervolting.

However 65W power limit (Which is already a lot higher than most other laptop, even the last gen GS65) your i7 processor should give you more than enough power for any game you would ever play. Under normal operation your processor will first enter thermal throttling for 56s as it aims for the 135W short term power limit, and then enters power limit throttling as the power limit reduce to the smaller long duration power limit of 65W. Is it thermal throttle or power limit throttle? GS66 is by design power limit throttled when operating normally at 65W because that is the long duration power limit of the CPU and there's nothing you can really do about it. The SF model has i7-10750H which is MUCH more resilient to undervolting than the i9-10980HK I have on mine.
